Refill your 425 g CO₂ cylinder easily
This refill option is available only for customers who already own a 425 g CO₂ cylinder purchased from us.
How the refill works:
- Order your refill before your CO₂ cylinder is empty.
- We send your replacement cylinder first, so you can continue using your trap without interruption.
- After receiving the refill, place your empty cylinder in the original packaging.
- Return your empty cylinder within 14 days using the return label provided by email.
Important information
- Only empty cylinders can be returned.
- We can only accept our cylinders from SodaBär — other third-party cylinders cannot be returned.
- If the empty cylinder is not returned within 14 days, the replacement cylinder will be charged at the full purchase price.

Floodwater mosquitoes
Floodwater mosquitoes usually occur in very large swarms and can be active day and night. They lay their eggs in regions that are flooded. After floods, masses of larvae can hatch almost simultaneously.
Tiger mosquitoes
Unlike most other mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes are day biters. They are small, black and white striped as well as unusually aggressive. Female tiger mosquitoes normally lay their eggs in natural or artificial containers filled with water (e.g., water residues in flower vases), no matter how small they are, making the Asian tiger mosquito perfectly adapted to the urban environment.
