Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT. For the invoice of customers residing outside of the European Union there is the possibility of choosing “Non EU country” as the tax territory. In this case, the VAT is not calculated in.

Additional costs may apply for shipping. These are listed at the end of the order process.

Free shipping to all countries applies from € 49 value of goods.

For a value of goods up to €48.99, the following shipping costs apply for the various countries:

- within Germany: shipping costs of € 4.90    
- to Norway, Switzerland, Monaco: shipping costs of 15.90 euros
- to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, France, Cyprus: shipping costs of € 9,90.

 

Shipping and Delivery Conditions for CO2 Cylinders

1. General Information on Delivery (Dropshipping & Responsibilities)

Our CO2 cylinders are shipped as part of a dropshipping model via our filling and logistics partner SodaBär.

This means:

·        CO2 cylinders are not shipped directly by Biogents

·        Filling, shipping, and dangerous goods logistics are handled by SodaBär

·        Biogents remains the contact for orders, the product, and general customer service

Important note in the event of a cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation, the customer must contact SodaBär directly:

In this case, SodaBär will organize the return collection of the CO2 cylinder as a dangerous goods shipment together with the customer. In this case, the customer bears the return shipping costs (depending on the country, see section 5).

·        Shipping is carried out as a dangerous goods transport, for example via the freight carrier trans-o-flex

·        Delivery includes notification and appointment scheduling

·        Delivery is currently only possible to defined shipping countries (see section 3)

425 g CO2 cylinders (owned cylinder & refill)

·        Shipping is not classified as dangerous goods

·        Shipping is carried out via standard parcel service (DHL)

·        Delivery is possible to all Biogents shipping regions

Shipping policy:

·        Shipping is carried out as dangerous goods transport (trans-o-flex)

·        The shipping costs of the respective destination country apply (see dangerous goods regulation under section 5)

·        As a gesture of goodwill, Biogents covers the shipping costs for the initial purchase

The owned cylinder is a one-time purchase cylinder. After the initial purchase, the cylinder belongs to the customer.

5. CO2 6 kg Refill (Exchange Cylinder)

·        Sale price: €36.91

Shipping policy:

·        Shipping is carried out as dangerous goods transport (trans-o-flex)

·        This product is excluded from free shipping

·        Shipping costs always apply additionally, regardless of basket or order value

Refill shipping costs:

·        Germany: €29.90

·        EU Zone 1 (Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic): €39.90

·        EU Zone 2 (France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary): €59.90

·        Switzerland: €59.00

·        Non-EU Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, United Kingdom): €69.90 + €27.90 customs clearance costs

6. CO2 425 g Owned Cylinder & Refill

·        Sale price owned cylinder: €23.99

·        Sale price refill: €5.99

Shipping policy:

·        Shipping is carried out via DHL standard shipping

·        No dangerous goods shipping required

·        Free shipping for orders over a goods value of €49.00

·        If CO2 cylinders are ordered together with other products and the basket reaches the free shipping threshold, the shipping charge is waived in accordance with the standard policy

·        Dangerous goods shipments are only displayed after initial registration

·        Unfortunately, the page is currently only available in German

8. Delivery Notes (6 kg dangerous goods)

·        Delivery is carried out exclusively by freight carrier

·        Delivery is currently only possible to the delivery countries listed in section 2

·        Appointment scheduling (advance notification) is required

·        Delivery only within the agreed time window

 

 

Terms of Payment

Within the order transaction, you have the option of choosing between different methods of payment.

The supplied products remain our property until the payment has been completed.

 

Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding. More accurately it represents a non-binding Online Catalogue. After entering all personal contact information and by clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent.

If you do not receive confirmation or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.
