Floodwater mosquitoes
Floodwater mosquitoes usually occur in very large swarms and can be active day and night. They lay their eggs in regions that are flooded. After floods, masses of larvae can hatch almost simultaneously.
Tiger mosquitoes
Unlike most other mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes are day biters. They are small, black and white striped as well as unusually aggressive. Female tiger mosquitoes normally lay their eggs in natural or artificial containers filled with water (e.g., water residues in flower vases), no matter how small they are, making the Asian tiger mosquito perfectly adapted to the urban environment.

No additional emission of CO2
The CO2 in gas bottles is not explicitly produced to be bottled but is a recovered by-product from other industrial processes.
Therefore, the use of CO2 from gas bottles as a mosquito attractant does not represent an additional CO2 contribution to the planet, but is merely a delayed diffusion of CO2 as industrial waste.

This trap is a life-changer. We live near water and our outdoor life was unbearable. Since installing the trap, the amount of mosquitoes have dramatically decreased and we're outside all the time. Seeing those bloodsuckers caught in the trap day after day is so satisfying. The construction is sturdy and waterproof. Installation was a breeze. No more smoke from coils, nasty smeĺl of repellents, and noise from zappers, I've tried them all and nothing worked like this trap. I highly recommend it.

Ravie ! Installé depuis 3 semaines. Au début mes proches me disaient que "ça ne change pas grand chose". Et c'était vrai. Un tout petit peu moins de piqûres. Mais au bout de 3 semaines, je peux rester tranquille dehors sans problème dans le périmètre couvert par le dispositif. Dès que je m'éloigne (comme ce soir à l'autre bout du jardin) une vingtaine de piqûres en 5 minutes alors que rien en 1h de temps à proximité du piège. Je vais surement en acheter un second pour couvrir tout mon jardin 🙂

Really good. The bottle is just the right size for a trial run—enough to see that it works great—before you go ahead and buy a larger CO2 cylinder. I also own a much more expensive product from the USA, but it pales in comparison to yours. Yours wins hands down, yielding about five times the catch. Awesome.

Après trois semaines d’utilisation, je suis plutôt satisfait. Beaucoup de moustiques piégés. La consommation de CO2 est importante si on doit piéger les moustiques locaux et les tigres. J’ai vidé une bouteille de 6kg en 19 jours. Mais le résultat est visible.

For two summers, it was no longer possible to sit relaxed on the terrace during the day, as you were constantly bitten by tiger mosquitoes. Since we set up the Aero Trap trap together with a 10kg CO2 bottle from the hardware store, peace has finally returned after a few weeks. After winter, the trap will definitely be put back into operation immediately.
