Floodwater mosquitoes
Floodwater mosquitoes usually occur in very large swarms and can be active day and night. They lay their eggs in regions that are flooded. After floods, masses of larvae can hatch almost simultaneously.
Tiger mosquitoes
Unlike most other mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes are day biters. They are small, black and white striped as well as unusually aggressive. Female tiger mosquitoes normally lay their eggs in natural or artificial containers filled with water (e.g., water residues in flower vases), no matter how small they are, making the Asian tiger mosquito perfectly adapted to the urban environment.

No additional emission of CO2
The CO2 in gas bottles is not explicitly produced to be bottled but is a recovered by-product from other industrial processes.
Therefore, the use of CO2 from gas bottles as a mosquito attractant does not represent an additional CO2 contribution to the planet, but is merely a delayed diffusion of CO2 as industrial waste.
Finally sitting outside again
For two summers, it was no longer possible to sit relaxed on the terrace during the day, as you were constantly bitten by tiger mosquitoes. Since we set up the Aero Trap trap together with a 10kg CO2 bottle from the hardware store, peace has finally returned after a few weeks. After winter, the trap will definitely be put back into operation immediately.

Perfect for catching mosquitos, especially the Asian tiger mosquito. Actually I am catching 50 mosquitos every day, 90% of them are tiger mosquitos. Solution is not cheap, but worth.

Performance is ok. There are a few mosquitoes in the trap. But the garden and even the house are not mouck-free, although CO2 runs all day long. Consumption is correspondingly high. 400+ euros is one word - the falcon is still worth it.

I would give it 100 stars, I am genuinely blown away by the efficiency of this device. I was hoping it would slightly reduce the population around my house which is right next to the woods. To my surprise after just days the basket got absolutely jam-packed with tens or maybe hundreds of mosquitos. I have placed it as instructed in a shaded area under the plants at the edge of the property with a 10kg CO2 bottle and if I didn't know any better I would think it produces mosquitos. Also survived heavy rains and just keeps chugging along, what an absolute beast, I salute you Biogents

Very effective. The taux de capture is impressive. Par contre le réglage du diffuser de co2 manque de qqesprécisions. Il faut absolument régler des plages horaires pour la diffusion Ce que j'avais fait. J'ai voulu suspendre le diffuser de co2 pendant 1 week, donc j'ai annulé les plages en laissant le diffuser connecté. Result:Il continuer à fonctionner 24h/24 Result la bottle de co2 à été vidée en 1 semaine.J'ai compris maintenant qu'il faut fermer l'alimentation de la bouteille si on souhaite ne pas l'utiliser pendant une certaine période Il eut été intéressant d'avoir ces renseignements sur le guide ou le tutorial. Pas cool du tout économiquement parlant. Les pièges anti ponte sont eux très ineffecaces malgré le fait de les avoir positionner à plusieurs Endroits. It's very douteux. Le site et l'appli ont des progrès à faire.
