Withdrawal for Biogents products
By submitting a withdrawal, you declare that you wish to cancel the purchase contract. No reason is required. You can submit the withdrawal within the statutory 14-day period using the form below.
Please note:
A return refers only to the physical return of the goods. Returning a parcel alone does not constitute a legally valid withdrawal.

In many cases, this is not due to the product itself, but rather to an incorrect setup or placement.
Before submitting your withdrawal, we would like to share a few helpful tips that can significantly improve the effectiveness of your Biogents trap:
- Proper outdoor placement is crucial for trapping performance
- Environmental conditions (shade, wind, vegetation, humidity) strongly influence effectiveness
- Incorrect placement can significantly reduce mosquito attraction
- Even small adjustments to the location can often lead to noticeable improvements

What happens after submitting your withdrawal?
After submitting your withdrawal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt with a timestamp as well as details of the affected products and your request.

This confirmation does not yet represent final approval of your withdrawal.
Your request will then be reviewed by our customer service team. We will get back to you as soon as possible. The following steps in the returns process are governed by our return policy.
