House mosquitoes lay up to 350 eggs in rain barrels, abandoned watering cans and buckets, garden ponds or puddles. They set out in search of blood meals especially from dusk till dawn and are particularly troublesome then.

Please be aware: if you do not use the new trap model AERO TRAP yet, you will need to add the CO2 CONTROL SET and a compatibility set in order to be able to use the 425g CO2 Cylinder with your BG-Mosquitaire trap. Or switch to the 6kg bottle.

Floodwater mosquitoes
Floodwater mosquitoes usually occur in very large swarms and can be active day and night. They lay their eggs in regions that are flooded. After floods, masses of larvae can hatch almost simultaneously.
Tiger mosquitoes
Unlike most other mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes are day biters. They are small, black and white striped as well as unusually aggressive. Female tiger mosquitoes normally lay their eggs in natural or artificial containers filled with water (e.g., water residues in flower vases), no matter how small they are, making the Asian tiger mosquito perfectly adapted to the urban environment.
Not efficient
As there is no valve to stop the flow of CO2 a big part of the content is lost before fixing properly the connection.

Durch die Nutzung von CO2 konnte die Fangrate deutlich erhöht werden. Das System für die kleine Föasche passt gut und ist einfach zu bedienen. Allerdings ist diese Größe viel zu klein. Nächste Saison kommt eine 10kg her.

Really good. The bottle is just the right size for a trial run—enough to see that it works great—before you go ahead and buy a larger CO2 cylinder. I also own a much more expensive product from the USA, but it pales in comparison to yours. Yours wins hands down, yielding about five times the catch. Awesome.
