BG-Sweetscent – an artificial odor that mimics scents found on human skin
- Sachet filled with insecticide-free components attractive for mosquitoes in granular form.

How to use the BG-Sweetscent in your trap
How it works:
- 1Place the sachet in your trap
- 2The upwards directed air flow of the trap imitates convection currents of a human body and dispenses the artificial human skin scent
- 3To keep the trap‘s performance consistently high, replace the sachet after two months
- 4Tip for the BG-Home indoor trap: Place the bag in fresh air for 2 days before use. The initially strong odor subsides after 2-3 days.

Je suis très satisfait de l'efficacité de ce produit. J'ai acheté plusieurs pièges Biogents que j'ai positionné dans les zones humides et ombragées de mon jardin et depuis que je les utilise avec ces appâts, je constate qu'ils sont remplis de nombreux moustiques, en particulier de moustiques tigres.

Client depuis de nombreuses années, 10 ?, j'ai 2 pièges Biogents que je dispose dans mon jardin. Par le passé ces pièges étaient efficaces de mi-Juin à fin Septembre pour les moustiques tigre. En 2025 ces pièges n'ont pas eu de succès de Juin à Août et les moustiques tigres ont été remplacés par des petits moustiques tout noirs. Surprise en Septembre les poches des pièges ont été remplis d'environ 200 moustiques, oui, un paquet dense de 5 cm d'épaisseur ! Pourquoi ? Je ne sais pas et suis toujours envahi par ces petits moustiques jusque dans la maison. Conclusion: je garde mes 2 pièges mais je suis toujours attaqué en début d'été.

I have 5 traps each equipped with Sweetscent and CO2. Sweetscent by itself catches a moderate quantity of mosquitos, CO2 by itself is better, but the combination of Sweetscent and CO2 is amazing; it makes my garden and pool enjoyable. I now rarely ever get bitten.
