Missing Order & Unanswered Email
I placed my order in March, and as of today, May 4, 2025, I still have not received it. The package does not even appear to have left Germany yet. I have contacted the company multiple times but have only received a single response. Meanwhile, the company continues to send requests for me to review the items that have supposedly been shipped and when I give a bad review they ask me to email them! This demonstrates a high level of disorganization within the company.

After mosquitoes searching for a breeding site get caught in the BG-GAT trap, they try to escape via the transparent part of the trap and get stuck on the sticky card while trying to escape.
The integrated mesh prevents the laying of eggs in the infused water at the bottom of the trap.
The cards need to be replaced every two weeks or when either mosquitoes or dust matter has rendered them no longer sticky. They are constructed of insecticide-free materials and adhesives.
